From Guadalajara to Stockholm
Jonathan opened his first taquería in Guadalajara when he was 17. Since then he has run restaurants in the Mexican Caribbean, met his Swedish wife, and moved to Stockholm with a dream, to share real Mexican food culture with Sweden.
In just 17 days he built Xulo with his own hands. Everything is made from scratch every day, including handmade corn tortillas. The menu is his family's story on a plate.
